Developing Leaders Through Strategic Performance Management and Engagement

Presented by:

Chad Sorensen, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

President and founder of Adaptive HR Solutions, LLC

Too many managers take their key employees for granted. Others don?t know how they would survive if their top revenue producer left the company and some managers may not know how to engage a top performer. This session will help you develop a strategic performance management plan that will identify, engage and retain your top performers and help create a sense of ownership among key employees in their own leadership and performance development.
By gaining an intimate knowledge of the organization, you will be able to facilitate management?s identification of key employees and create a long-range plan to develop those employees.  You will also learn techniques to train managers to become strategically focused on the long-range development of employees rather than just the needs of tomorrow.
